The agreement
PYNK JUNGLE SIP & SNACK BAR — AFFILIATE / CREATOR AGREEMENT (v1)
1. Relationship. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Pynk Jungle Sip & Snack Bar ("Pynk Jungle"). You are responsible for your own taxes; payouts of $600 or more in a calendar year may require a W-9 and 1099.
2. Content. You may begin posting immediately after signing. All content must be original, must feature Pynk Jungle products or locations, must tag @pynkjungle, and must include a clear paid/affiliate disclosure (e.g. #ad or #paidpartnership) as required by FTC guidelines.
3. Standards. No profanity targeted at people, hate speech, harassment, nudity, illegal activity, or claims about health, allergens, ingredients, or nutrition that we have not approved in writing. Do not speak on behalf of Pynk Jungle or make offers, prices, or guarantees we have not published.
4. Compensation. You are paid per approved content submission according to the published rate card in the affiliate portal. Pynk Jungle reviews each submission and may approve, request changes, or reject it. Rates may change with notice; the rate in effect when a submission is approved applies. Payouts are issued manually and tracked in the portal.
5. Payout terms. Approved earnings are paid at least monthly to the payout method on file, once your approved balance reaches $25. Rejected submissions earn nothing. Content deleted within 30 days of approval may have its payout reversed.
6. License. You grant Pynk Jungle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, reuse, edit, and advertise with content you submit through the portal, across our website, social channels, and paid media, for as long as we choose.
7. Confidentiality. Non-public pricing, recipes, vendor details, and business plans shared with you stay confidential.
8. Term & termination. Either party may end this agreement at any time in writing. Approved but unpaid earnings will still be paid. We may withhold payment for fraudulent activity, fake engagement, or violations of these terms.
9. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
